CNC

Quick Draw & Machining utilizes both Vertical and Horizontal CNC machining to produce complex components to specification. The abbreviation CNC stands for computer numerical control, and refers specifically to a computer "controller" that reads G-code instructions and drives a machine tool. A powered mechanical device typically used to fabricate components by the selective removal of material. The operating parameters of the CNC can be altered via software load programs.

Custom fixtures are engineered and built by a team of experienced engineers and tool makers. Programmers of the CNC will use the CAD drawings to create programs that will produce large or small run of parts.

CNC machining is a critical part of the die building process where complex parts are made to specification using CAD files.

Our vertical CNC machines allow us to drill, mill and machine precise components in short or long runs. The vertical CNC machine allows Quick Draw to produce tooling and tooling fixtures to sustain our tool makers and customers needs. The use of CNC machines is made possible because of the latest CAD/CAM software available on the market today.

5 Axis

Fully automated robotic 5-axis production machining for small to large volumes. 5-axis machining complex shapes such as air foils, turbines or almost anything you can imagine. The 5-axis offers more precision, simple shapes such as boxes can be machined on 5 sides without removing it from the machine. Using 5-axis machines is more efficient because most or all of the work can be done in a single setup, there are not delays waiting for an operator to load and unload a part.
